Community Yoga Program

Life Skills Program
Our Life Skills Program is dedicated to fostering the autonomy of our students. Through activities such as cooking, cleaning, and health and safety training, they gain the skills needed to achieve personal independence. Additionally, this program helps to build our students’ self-confidence, empowering them to solve daily challenges on their own.


Work Skills Program
Our Work Skills Program is designed to prepare our older students for the workplace. Through activities like practicing computer skills and selling arts and crafts, they develop essential professional abilities. This program is crucial in fostering our students’ independence and boosting their confidence to successfully enter the professional world.
